Coast run

Starting back to training with a short run along the coast stair track. I am extremely unfit but it was a glorious morning to be out and the views were spectacular. The clock is ticking on UTA Australia – hopefully I’ll get enough training done to get around in a reasonable time. 🤞

Kangaroo Island

February 2023 Snap decision to take a short break amongst nature on Kangaroo Island. Truly a wonderful place to visit.
